Shipping

 

Shipping is done from our warehouse in London.

Small amounts are sent by letter, larger amounts by parcel.

We generally use Royal Mail.

We have all products available, so normally your parcel will leave the next working day after payment.

The moment we ship, you will get an e-mail announcing the upcoming arrival.

Within Great Britain transport normally takes 2 to 4 days.

Shipping-Costs:

Within Great Britain we charge a flat fee of £3.75 per order.

If you want us to send a parcel to any other country, please send us an e-mail, so we can find out shipping possibilities and potential custom-regulations.

No Pick-Ups:

If your parcel can´t be delivered it will return to us within some weeks. Once we get your parcel back we will inform you and do a new shipping on your request.

Sending back your order:

Should you be unhappy with the product, or for any other reason you want to send back your order, parts of your order will be refunded.

Please insert in your parcel, your name and ordering number. And do not forget a banking account number, so we can transfer the money back to to you.
